In-person sound healing sessions for companies and organizations

Individuals participating in a sound bath meditation session lying on yoga mats in a spacious, minimally decorated room with a woman playing singing bowls.

Why Sound?

When a team is running on cortisol, output suffers. Creativity narrows. Communication breaks down.

A sound healing session works directly with the nervous system — slowing the body's stress response, restoring mental clarity, and creating a shared experience that builds genuine cohesion.

People simply arrive, lie down, and let the sound do the work.

What your team walks away with

Calm and reduced stress

Physiological down-regulation of the stress response — measurable in how people feel leaving the room.

Stronger team connection

Shared somatic experience creates real rapport, without forced interaction.

Sharper focus

A cleared, quieter mind. Better equipped for decision-making and creative work.

A genuine reset

Particularly useful before or after high-pressure periods, launches, or quarter-end.

Research has shown that specific sound frequencies can:
• lower cortisol (stress hormone)
• increase alpha and theta brainwaves (linked to calm, creativity, and subconscious processing)
• activate the vagus nerve (responsible for regulating emotional and physical relaxation)

A 2020 study in healthy adults showed that a single 40-minute session with Himalayan singing bowls improved heart rate variability (a key sign of better relaxation and stress recovery) and lowered negative mood scores on standard tests. (Panchal et al., 2020, Int J Psychother Pract Res.)

In a 2022 study with 34 adults, listening to singing bowl sounds lowered overall brain activity, reduced fast brain waves (beta and gamma, linked to stress and busy thinking), slowed heart rate, and helped people feel more relaxed and balanced.

— J.L. (soundbath attendee)

I attended two of Christina’s sound bath sessions and it was such a soothing experience. I couldn't ask for anything better for an introduction to sound baths. Christina created a very calm and tranquil atmosphere with the breathing exercises and short guided meditation in the beginning. Then the way she played the wide variety of instruments that were available brought me pure and utter relaxation. — I.N. (soundbath attendee)
